About Paul
I’ve spent more than 24 years in the automotive industry working inside dealerships and alongside the most talented industry leaders. Over that time, I’ve learned that most businesses don’t struggle because people don’t care—they struggle because execution breaks down, accountability drifts, and leaders are left trying to solve complex problems on their own.
I believe deeply in developing people, not replacing them. Strong teams are built when expectations are clear, standards are enforced, and individuals are given the structure and accountability needed to succeed.Â
My background as a Navy veteran shaped how I lead and how I approach business. The Navy instilled discipline, respect, and a process-driven mindset that still guides me today. No matter your background or circumstances, meaningful achievement is possible if you’re willing to commit to the work and hold yourself accountable along the way.
Outside of my professional life, my family keeps me grounded—especially my wife, who has been my best friend for over 22 years. What I hope my children learn from watching how I work is that limitations only exist if you accept them, and that consistent effort, integrity, and accountability can take you further than anyone expects.
Achievement, to me, isn’t about titles or recognition. It’s about proving—to yourself—that the limits others placed on you were never real, and helping others do the same through disciplined execution and accountability that actually holds.
